For September, SMC is back at the Roger Smith Hotel (thanks to @RSHotel @BSimi @AdamJWallace) to welcome Lane Becker of GetSatisfaction.com and learn about how this company turned into the place where consumers get help, and the place where companies listen to their customers. We'll also learn about The future of
